The new combo receiver ORON2000 HD  based operating system Linux. The receiver is able to receive satellite HD-channels and digital terrestrial channels in MPEG-2 and MPEG-4. Despite the broad functionalitycoma_replace the receiver is easy to handle and easy to be mastered untrained user. ORON 2000 HD is equipped with two card reader and has 2 Common Interfacecoma_replace thereby providing compatibility with a variety of conditional access cards.
Network capabilities are implemented through a network portcoma_replace Ethernetcoma_replace and WiFi-adapter (optional !!!). There is the possibility of recording on an external drive through the e-SATA interface.
